At EliteDriveUSA, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products that meet and exceed customer expectations. To provide you with complete confidence in your purchase, we offer a comprehensive 3-year warranty for the original owner, covering all manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty applies to the entire EliteDriveUSA pedal controller system, including all components and parts, ensuring that the product functions as intended under normal usage conditions. We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

Warranty Services

If any component of your EliteDriveUSA pedal controller system is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will provide a replacement part at no cost. Our support team will guide you through the replacement process. Should the product remain non-functional after reasonable repair/reset or reprogram attempts, we will issue a replacement unit to the original owner.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please reach out to our customer support team at support@elitedriveusa.com. 

Kindly include:

  • A photo or video clearly showing the defective or damaged part
  • Proof of purchase


Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend contacting us, as some issues may have simple solutions that do not require replacement.

Shipping Damage Claims

We take extensive precautions to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of shipping-related damage, please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues. To process a shipping damage claim, you must:

  • Report the damage within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photo or video evidence of the damage


We will assist you in resolving shipping-related issues as quickly as possible.

Exclusions & Limitations

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications
  • Any repair or modification performed by an unauthorized party, which will void the warranty
