Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of purchase for any defective or incorrect compatibility issues. If 30 days have passed (and we do allow grace for shipping times), we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Contact us at support@elitedriveusa.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Provide photo or video evidence of the issue encountered.
- Ensure the item is undamaged, in original packaging, and in resellable condition with all included documentation.
We do not accept returns if:
- The product is not defective or cannot be resold.
- Incorrect information was provided at the time of order.
- The vehicle for which the product was purchased is no longer owned.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe return delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@elitedriveusa.com.
